Rinck has crafted the interior architecture at the Maïence gourmet restaurant in Strasbourg.The marine ambiance features subtle lighting that underscores the establishment's culinary focus on fish and vegetables, prepared by three-Michelin-star chef Gilles Goujon. Rinck created the Corian-topped central buffet with a walnut structure and base of hammered brass.
